How Do I Book, And What’s The Payment And Cancellation Policy?
To confirm your place on a Sanskriti Voyage tour, a non-refundable deposit of €750 is required (the exact amount may vary depending on the itinerary). Once we receive your deposit, you’ll receive a booking confirmation along with our Terms & Conditions of Travel.
Payment Schedule
- 120 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost is due
- 60 days before departure – The remaining 50% is due
If the final payment is not received by the 60-day deadline, your booking may be treated as cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as many of our arrangements (such as hotels, guides, and transport) are confirmed well in advance, cancellations must be made in writing and will incur the following charges:
- Up to 61 days before departure – Loss of deposit
- Between 60 and 30 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost
- 29 days or less before departure – 100% of the total tour cost
